I commented this stuff out as it had a negative impact on the look of the colorbox in IE8 when deployed into IIS.
So I'm not sure if it works as expected since the colorbox looked fine when using the ASP.Net Dev Server instead of IIS and 
it looked fine in FireFox when deployed to IIS but not IE... ? Bit strange - Shane Nall 21/09/2010
